Amazing service! Emil did such a great job repairing my front loading washer. The door gasket needed to be changed. When I used the washer the next, we still had a leak. He made the extra effort to come back that day and found we also had a leaking hose, which he repaired on the spot. Amazing customer service A+.

Sam came out same-day to our Georgetown Washington DC home, diagnosed a failing compressor, and worked late to fix it. He even helped reorganize our food back in the fridge. The initial diagnostic fee is $79 for residential service and $149 for commercial service. This fee is always waived and applied toward the cost of the final repair if you choose to hire us for the service.
How is the price of the repair determined, and do you charge by the hour?
We operate on a fixed-price per repair model and do not charge an hourly rate. We will provide you with a straightforward, upfront price for the total job, covering both labor and parts, before any work begins. For reference, most of our repairs involve a labor cost of around $245, plus the cost of any necessary parts.
How are the prices for labor & parts determined?
We base our prices on industry standards. For costs on labor & parts, we refer to the โAppliance Blue Bookโ or as it is formerly known, The Original Blue Book, Major Appliance Job Rate Guideยฎ. We strive to be competitive with our pricing by providing 10% lower than standard rates.
