He made the extra effort to come back that day and found we also had a leaking hose, which he repaired on the spot. Amazing customer service A+.

My Kenmore gas wall oven would not heat. When I called, the young lady (Bernadette) that answered was so kind and attentive.I was given a service window of 10am-1pm. The tech(Sergi) was here about 11am. Very professional, friendly, and efficient. Found and explained the issue to me, politely asked if I wanted the service for the quoted price and after consent, fixed problem. I was very pleased. Thank you, A+👍🏾
