Too warm. When a Liebherr warms up slowly, we look first at dust on the condenser coil and at the fan beside it. Built-in models breathe through a small grille, so dust hurts them fast. A warm fridge with a running compressor can also mean a frost block on the evaporator, the cooling coil inside.
Frost where it should not be. Liebherr NoFrost models defrost on their own. If ice builds up, the defrost heater, its sensor or the control may be at fault. A torn door seal lets in humid air and makes frost worse.
BioFresh drawers off. BioFresh drawers keep food just above freezing. On Monolith models, a drawer can be set to BioFresh-Plus, which goes down to 28 degrees F. When a drawer drifts, we check the drawer sensor and the air flow.
Blank display. Monolith models use an InfinitySwipe touch control with a small screen. If the screen goes dark but the food stays cold, the display or its board may be at fault, not the cooling system.
Wine units drifting. A wine cabinet that won't hold temperature often has a bad sensor or fan. Constant swings are bad for the bottles.
Alarm won't stop. The door alarm may mean the door isn't sealing. A temperature alarm means the unit can't keep up. We find out which.
