Frequently Asked Questions

What is your service call fee?

We charge a $99 service fee for residential visits and a $150 service fee for commercial visits. The service fee covers the diagnostics and travel required for us to bring a fully equipped technician to your home.

Will the service fee be waived if I decide to repair?

Yes. The service fee applies to the total cost of repair. Meaning, when the diagnostic is complete and the issue is known, our technician will give you a quote for the repair, including labor and parts. If you decide to complete the repair with our company, we will waive the service fee. Therefore, you will only pay for the repair.

When is it time to get my appliance repaired?

We all have our favorite household appliances - the ones we can't live without. From washers and stoves, to refrigerators or dishwashers; home appliances are an important part of life for many people!  Whether it's for cooking, cleaning or heating - we simply can't live without them! And yet most people will never notice the signs that their appliance might not be working properly. These signs are usually a hint that there is a much larger issue at play. If your refrigerator is not cooling like it used to, if the ice maker is not making ice, if the water dispenser is not filling up, or if you refrigerator is leaking, it is recommended that you get in touch with your local appliance repair professional. Same thing applies, if your washer is not spinning or leaking, if the dryer is not heating or overheating, or if your stove is not lighting or the stove top not heating. All of these are symptoms that if left untreated, can lead to more expensive repairs down the road.

Do I need to be at home during my appointment?

Yes. It is a requirement for all our customers to be present at the location of appointment. We will not be able to send a technician to your home, if there is no-one to let them in. If you have to reschedule your appointment, please let us know and we will reschedule to a time that is more convenient.
