We repair Signature Kitchen Suite dual fuel pro ranges, including the 48 inch model with sous vide and induction. We also fix SKS gas and induction cooktops, wall ovens, fridge and freezer columns, dishwashers and microwaves. Common calls are steam ovens that will not steam, sous vide wells that will not heat and columns running warm.
SKS is a luxury brand from LG. Its 48 inch pro range was the first pro range with sous vide built into the cooktop. The oven pairs steam with convection heat.
The sous vide well is a small water bath that holds a set heat for hours. If it will not warm up, we test the heater and the sensor that reads water heat. Scale from hard water can coat the sensor and throw off the reading.
The steam oven needs clean water and clear lines. Scale is the main enemy here too. A steam cycle that ends early or leaves the tank full often points at a pump or a blocked line.
Gas burners fail the usual way. A dirty igniter clicks without a flame. A burner that goes out when you let go of the knob often has a weak flame sensor. Induction zones that will not sense a pan usually need a power board test.
SKS columns are built flush with your cabinets, and many kitchens pair a fridge column with a freezer column. A warm column gets an evaporator fan test first. That fan pushes cold air around. Then we look for frost on the coil behind the back panel. A slow leak inside often means the defrost drain is frozen.
On the dishwasher, water left in the tub usually means a clogged filter or a failing drain pump. Poor cleaning points at the spray arms or the water inlet valve.
We can see most homes on the day you call. Morning calls have the best odds. The tech runs tests and tells you what broke and why.
The $79 diagnostic sticks only when you turn down the repair. Say yes and it is waived. The fixed price comes before any work.
Only genuine OEM parts go into an SKS unit. Shipped parts mean a follow-up we book before heading out. Background checked techs only, each one licensed and insured. We stand behind the repair with our warranty.
Some faults are simple. If the range screen is frozen, turn the breaker off for a minute and back on. If the sous vide well stays cold, check that it has water up to the fill line.
Call us if you smell gas or hear a loud buzz from the oven fan. Water under the column fridge is another sign, and so is a soft freezer. Those need testing with a meter. A quick visit often stops a small fault before it spoils food or cracks a part.
SKS launched in 2018, so most units are still young. That makes repair the clear choice for nearly every fault. A column or pro range is also built to fit its space, and a new brand may not match the opening.
Replacing starts to make sense only after a major sealed system failure on a fridge that is also out of factory coverage. We will lay out both costs.
