He made the extra effort to come back that day and found we also had a leaking hose, which he repaired on the spot. Amazing customer service A+.

Sam came out same-day to our Georgetown Washington DC home, diagnosed a failing compressor, and worked late to fix it. He even helped reorganize our food back in the fridge. My Kenmore gas wall oven would not heat. When I called, the young lady (Bernadette) that answered was so kind and attentive.I was given a service window of 10am-1pm. The tech(Sergi) was here about 11am. Very professional, friendly, and efficient. Found and explained the issue to me, politely asked if I wanted the service for the quoted price and after consent, fixed problem. I was very pleased. Thank you, A+👍🏾

What is your service call fee?
We charge a $99 service fee for residential visits and a $150 service fee for commercial visits. The service fee covers the diagnostics and travel required for us to bring a fully equipped technician to your home.
Will the service fee be waived if I decide to repair?
Yes. The service fee applies to the total cost of repair. Meaning, when the diagnostic is complete and the issue is known, our technician will give you a quote for the repair, including labor and parts. If you decide to complete the repair with our company, we will waive the service fee. Therefore, you will only pay for the repair.
How are the prices for labor & parts determined?
We base our prices on industry standards. For costs on labor & parts, we refer to the “Appliance Blue Book” or as it is formerly known, The Original Blue Book, Major Appliance Job Rate Guide®. We strive to be competitive with our pricing by providing 10% lower than standard rates.
