Appliance Repair in Prospect Heights, IL, House or Apartment
Prospect Heights has older houses on big lots and some apartment buildings too. We fix appliances in both. Appliance repair in Prospect Heights, IL can mean a range in a long kitchen or a stacked washer in a small unit. Tell us which, and the tech will plan for it.
Big lots can mean long driveways, side doors and laundry in the basement. Let us know the easiest way in. The tech will park close and bring tools to the room where the unit sits.
Houses on Their Third Fridge
Many houses here have gone through a few sets of appliances. The new unit may sit on an old gas line or vent. When a dryer runs hot or a burner is slow to light, we look at the hookup as well as the machine. Then we tell you what we found in plain words. If the hookup is fine, we move on to the part inside.
Apartment Units and Small Spaces
In apartments, we often find compact dishwashers, stacked laundry and microwaves mounted over the range. Parts for these can differ from full size models. We bring parts for the frequent fixes, so many jobs are done in one trip. We handle freezers, cooktops, hoods and wine coolers as well. Any major brand is fine, like GE, LG or Bosch.
The $79 Visit and Your Fixed Quote
We charge $79 to diagnose the fault. That charge goes away if you have us fix it. The quote is fixed before we start, so the bill does not grow. We take calls on all seven days from 6am to 9pm, and you can book online too. Same-day slots are often there. Our people are licensed and insured, and each repair has our warranty.
Appliance repair for Prospect Heights' half-acre lots off Elmhurst Road
Prospect Heights sits between Rand Road and Interstate 294, between Arlington Heights, Wheeling, Northbrook, Mount Prospect and Glenview. The first homes went up on farmland along Elmhurst Road in 1935, and the original community was single-family houses on half-acre lots, nearly 600 of them by 1955, with multifamily areas added as the city grew through the 1960s and finally incorporated in 1976. A house on one of those older lots is often on its second or third set of appliances with the first gas line and dryer vent still behind them. The multifamily buildings bring compact and stackable units.
Techs reach Prospect Heights along Rand Road from the Glendale Heights base, and same-day appointments are realistic most days. The $79 diagnostic is waived when we do the repair, with a fixed price before work starts. Call (312) 600-6540, 6am to 9pm, Monday to Sunday.
