Hestan is owned by Meyer Corporation and ties its story to Napa Valley. It began with outdoor grills, then added an indoor line. The indoor range uses a CircuFlame sealed center burner rated at up to 30,000 BTU, and ovens with PureVection convection.
A big burner like CircuFlame moves a lot of gas. If it lights on one ring but not the other, the ports may be clogged or the cap may sit crooked after cleaning. If every burner clicks nonstop, a wet or shorted spark switch behind a knob is the usual cause.
PureVection uses more than one heat source and fan, run by the control board. When the oven reads the right number but food cooks unevenly, we test the fan motor and each element. When it will not reach temperature, we look at the sensor that reads oven heat.
Hestan puts a small display in the oven handle, called MarquiseDisplay. If it goes blank while the oven still heats, the fault is often in the wiring or display board, not the oven itself.
A Hestan fridge that runs warm often has dust on the condenser coil or a slow fan. We check airflow before anything else. Water on the floor usually comes from a blocked defrost drain.
Outside, grease and bugs cause most grill calls. A blocked burner tube gives a weak or yellow flame. A cracked igniter gives no flame at all. We clean, test gas pressure and replace only what failed.

After a deep clean, set each burner cap back flat on its base. A cap that sits a little crooked is the top cause of odd flames on these ranges. Let wet burners dry fully before you light them.
If the oven display is dark, check the breaker first. Then check that the range is fully pushed in and the plug did not pull loose. If it still stays dark, that is a job for us.
