A DishDrawer is a small dishwasher that slides out like a kitchen drawer. The wiring and hoses have to move with it every time you open it. Over the years that motion wears them. The drawer may stop mid-cycle, flash a light, or refuse to start at all.
Water left in the bottom is another common call. Most of the time the filter is packed with food or the drain pump is jammed. A leak at the front edge often means the seal around the top of the tub is worn or dirty. We check the easy causes first, so you are not paying for a board you did not need.
ActiveSmart fridges watch how you use them and adjust the cooling after each door opening. When the fresh side runs warm but the freezer is fine, we look at the fan that moves cold air between them. We also check for ice on the coil behind the freezer panel. A dead ice maker is usually a water valve or a frozen fill tube.
On AeroTech ovens, uneven baking tends to point at the rear fan or the heating ring around it. A gas cooktop burner that clicks but will not light often has a dirty or cracked igniter, the small spark tip beside the flame.
SmartDrive washers use a direct drive motor with no belt. Loud spinning, a drum that will not turn, or a machine that stops full of water all need a proper test. Dryers that run but stay cold usually have a failed heating element or a blocked vent.
You get a set window, and many homes get a visit the same day. Morning calls tend to get the earliest slots. The tech looks at the unit, runs tests and tells you plainly what failed.

A few DishDrawer faults have simple fixes you can try. Pull the filter from the bottom of the drawer and rinse it. Make sure nothing on the rack blocks the drawer from closing all the way. If the drawer still stops, turn the power off at the breaker for a minute and try again.
For a warm ActiveSmart fridge, check that the vents inside are not blocked by food. Hear the fan? Good. No fan sound with the door shut for a while points at a part, and that is our job. Please do not pry off panels or chip at ice with a knife. That can crack a coil and turn a small repair into a big one.
For built-in pieces the answer is often yes. An integrated fridge or a DishDrawer is fitted to your cabinets. A new one may not fit the same hole, and that turns a small job into a remodel.
A new pump, fan or igniter costs far less than a new built-in. We lean toward replacing when the sealed cooling system has failed on an old fridge, or when a control board has gone out of production. We will tell you which case you are in.
