Gaggenau appliance repair for combi-steam ovens, the EB 333, Vario cooktops, Vario cooling columns and 200 and 400 series dishwashers. We test the fault, quote a fixed price and fit genuine parts. A tech can often be there the same day. Approve the job and our $79 check is on the house.

We repair Gaggenau 200 and 400 series ovens, combi-steam ovens and the EB 333 oven. We also fix Vario gas and induction cooktops, Vario 200 and 400 series cooling columns, freezers, dishwashers. The common faults are steam ovens that stop making steam, cooktops that will not light and columns that lose temperature.
Gaggenau traces its roots to an ironworks founded in 1683 in Germany. It has been part of BSH since 1995. Its gear is built to fit flush in custom kitchens, so we work carefully around panels and trim.
A combi-steam oven boils water to cook with steam. Hard water leaves scale inside, the same chalk you see on a kettle. Over time that scale can block the steam path or fool the water level sensor. The oven may stop mid-cook or ask for water it already has.
On regular Gaggenau ovens, uneven heat points at the convection fan or an element. A door that will not close softly may need new hinges.
Vario cooktops are single modules you mix and match, such as a gas module or an induction zone. That helps us, since one bad module does not take down the rest. When a gas module sparks with no flame, look first at a dirty igniter. An induction zone that shows a pan warning with a good pan needs its power board tested.
Vario cooling columns are fully built in and can stand side by side as a cooling wall. When one column runs warm, we check the fans, the defrost system and the door seal first. A column pushed into tight cabinets can also overheat if its vents are blocked.
Gaggenau owners who ring us before noon often see a tech that afternoon. The tech tests the unit, shows you the fault and explains it.
Our home diagnostic is $79. It comes off the bill when you approve the fix. You see a fixed price before work starts.
We use genuine OEM Gaggenau parts. Some ship from overseas stock, so we set the return visit before leaving. We screen every tech with a background check, and all are licensed and insured. The repair is covered by our warranty.
Run the descaling program when the oven asks for it. Skipping it lets chalk build up in the steam path and the pump. If your tap water is hard, filtered water in the tank helps a lot. After a steam cook, dry the cavity and leave the door open a bit so it can air out.
For Vario cooling columns, keep the air vents near the floor clear. Rugs, toys and dust can block them and make the column run longer. If one column in a cooling wall feels warm, note which one and what the display shows. That helps us bring the right parts on the first trip.
A Gaggenau oven or column is cut into your cabinets to exact sizes. Swapping in a different brand often means new cabinet work. So a repair is usually the smart first step.
The exception is an older unit whose main board is no longer made. We check part supply before we quote, so you know up front.
