We repair Alfresco ALXE built-in and cart grills, including models with the infrared Sear Zone and rotisserie. We also fix Alfresco pizza ovens, side burners and outdoor fridges. The usual faults are weak or uneven flames, dead ignition, a cold sear burner, a rotisserie that stalls or a fridge that runs warm.
Alfresco builds its line in Southern California from 304 stainless steel with hand-welded seams. The brand grew out of gear made for restaurants and hotels. That build is tough, but sun, rain and grease still wear the small parts.
A burner that will not light is our top grill call. Spiders and wasps like to nest in the small tubes that mix air and gas. That blocks the flow. Rain and grease also coat the igniter, so the spark jumps to the wrong place.
Low flames on every burner at once point at the regulator or the gas supply. One weak burner points at that burner or its valve. We test pressure at the manifold before we guess.
The Sear Zone runs far hotter than the main burners. When it glows only in patches or stays dark, the ceramic plate may be cracked or the gas orifice may be clogged. A rotisserie that stops turning often has a worn motor or a bent spit.
The pizza oven bakes on a stone hearth with a gas flame. If the flame will not hold, the safety sensor that proves the fire is lit may be dirty or failing. Slow heat-up usually means a partly blocked burner.
Outdoor fridges work harder than indoor ones. They sit in the sun, and dust builds on the condenser coil, the grid that sheds heat. A warm fridge with a running motor often needs a coil cleaning, a new fan or a new door seal.

The diagnostic costs $79 for a home. Give the go-ahead on the fix and that fee disappears. You get a fixed price before we open a single valve.

Before the first cook of spring, pull the burners and look through each tube. Webs and nests are common after a quiet winter. A long, thin brush clears most of them. Check the hose for cracks, and brush soapy water on the joints. Bubbles mean a leak, so shut the gas and call us.
Cover the grill when it is not in use, and wipe the grates after each cook. Grease that builds in the drip tray can catch fire. We see that damage every summer, and a clean tray prevents almost all of it.
For the outdoor fridge, rinse dust off the front grille every few weeks. Leave room around it so warm air can escape.
A built-in Alfresco is set into stone or tile. Pulling it out costs time and money. Burners, igniters, valves and rotisserie motors can all be replaced, so fixing it usually wins.
We would suggest replacing only if the firebox has rusted through or the frame is badly warped. Stainless steel of this grade makes that rare.
