Most of our reviews are about speed. Nearly half say we came out fast, showed up on time or fixed the problem quickly. When a fridge or washer breaks, people want it working again that day, and that is what they write about most.
Next, customers talk about the technician who came to their home. They call our techs professional, polite and friendly. Many name their tech in the review, and one in ten say the tech took the time to explain the problem.
Price comes up too. About one in five reviews says our prices were fair and honest. More than one in five say they would recommend us to friends, and many say they will call us again next time something breaks.

Excellent service. Very thorough. Highly recommend. Unfortunately my fridge needs to be replaced but I appreciated his expert opinion because SEARS HOME SERVICES gave me the run around for 2 weeks.
