Most of our reviews are about speed. Nearly half say we came out fast, showed up on time or fixed the problem quickly. When a fridge or washer breaks, people want it working again that day, and that is what they write about most.
Next, customers talk about the technician who came to their home. They call our techs professional, polite and friendly. Many name their tech in the review, and one in ten say the tech took the time to explain the problem.
Price comes up too. About one in five reviews says our prices were fair and honest. More than one in five say they would recommend us to friends, and many say they will call us again next time something breaks.

I typically use services based on their reviews. When I saw the review for A+ Appliance, I decided to give them a try. Let me say all of the reviews, including mine, are true. Our technician Ken was so helpful, nice and very efficient. I now have a fixed washing machine and I'm a very happy customer. Thank you for the great service!
I have been working with A+ for about 2 years now. they are amazing to work with. Ali is on-time and very communicative and my client loves them. Fair pricing and highly recommend.

Repair/replacement of ignitors on cooktop of a 20+ year-old Thermador range/oven; frozen orifices/tubes needing drilling out and replacement -- . Good communication; clear about what was needed and what the repair entailed. Very quick response to initial call and scheduling followup visit when additional parts were needed. Humans answer the phone (and are easy to communicate with). Clear about scheduling the visit and about arrival time, arrived on time. Demonstrated the problem; after repair, confirmed that all was working well. Respectful of the property; cleaned up afterward. No idea about "value" -- it's a fairly old appliance and the manufacturer and vendor will have nothing to do with it . . . we saved many thousands of $ for replacement and are able to continue to use an appliance that we have always liked very well. The pricing was clear and verifiable, and there were no unexpected/unexplained "add-ons". We're utterly delighted to have knowledgable and competent repair folks.

Great service! Diagnosed the problem quickly and repaired it. I also appreciate that he checked for gas leaks before finishing up. Robert was polite and professional and id highly recommend this business.
I am very happy with the service received from this company from start to finish. I received a call within seconds of submitting my request via YELP and was able to schedule an appointment the next day. The service fee was very reasonable at only $79.00 which was deducted from the final invoice. The tech Sergei, arrived on time and I received timely text notifications for the appointment confirmation and his arrival time. Sergei arrived within the time frame given and was able to diagnose the issue and recommend repair and parts needed in a short time. I was required to put half of the total fee (parts & labor) and he came back two days later to complete the repair since the parts needed had to be ordered. Sergei was very respectful/courteous and completed the repair in a very timely and efficient manner. My dryer is running again and I would recommend this company for appliance service repairs. The cost of the repair was infinitely cheaper than a new dryer. Very satisfied customer!

Our first dealing with A+ and they did a great job! Sergei diagnosed the problem quickly. Most importantly, he was honest that it was only a minor problem.
