Most of our reviews are about speed. Nearly half say we came out fast, showed up on time or fixed the problem quickly. When a fridge or washer breaks, people want it working again that day, and that is what they write about most.
Next, customers talk about the technician who came to their home. They call our techs professional, polite and friendly. Many name their tech in the review, and one in ten say the tech took the time to explain the problem.
Price comes up too. About one in five reviews says our prices were fair and honest. More than one in five say they would recommend us to friends, and many say they will call us again next time something breaks.

Andrew was helpful and knowledgable However he was honest and said the fridge is over 10 years old and there is a leak of freon so how long the fridge will work is a gamble Hopefully it will work for 6 more months
Andrew did a great job with fixing my washer and cleaning my dryer.
Having problems with my Samsung refrigerator. Called A+ Appliance Saturday morning and Robert came out later that same afternoon. Evaluated and gave me an estimate. I okayed it, said he would order the necessary parts, requested that I pay half upfront and scheduled the repair for that Wednesday. Robert was polite, friendly and focused on repairing the refrigerator. He worked on the refrigerator for over 2 hours. Refrigerator seems to be working again but I guess time will tell. Overall I was very pleased with A+ Appliance.
My tech Andrew was on time and very professional, He had my issue fixed within 45 mins and seemed very knowledgeable. Would recommend him and A+ again.
Andrew did a great job fixing my dishwasher! He didn't just fix the parts (turned out a drain tube was blocked and motor needed repairing), but also left the inside sparkling clean (I wish I had a before picture, it's a huge difference). He came about half way during the three hour window the company provided and was very communicative and made sure the job was done right. The total repair seemed maybe on the pricier side (I didn't call around for quotes, so can't fully say), but I am also happy with the quality of the work and service and felt that Andrew was honest and provided high quality work.
