Fully met expectations - Highly recommend. Received call from A+ first thing in morning. They scheduled Technician for afternoon sometime between 4 and 7 pm. Technician and office kept me notified during the day. Technician showed up right on time around 4 pm. Preliminary check diagnosed problem (compressor broke). Used gauges and ran diagnostics which confirmed compressor shot. Reviewed pricing options for recharge of system, replacement/repair costs, and costs associated with options vs purchase of new refrig/freezer. Final cost for visit exactly as quoted on morning phone call. Technician was professional and very pleasant to deal with. I would absolutely use A+ Appliance Repair & Maintenance company again. 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend! George was fantastic. He came out the same day within a few hours. His communication is superb. From telling me what the issue was with my fridge, answering all of my questions with detail and calling me several times with shipping updates on the needed part. I hope I won’t need him anytime soon haha, but if I need another repair, I will absolutely call him.
