Next, customers talk about the technician who came to their home. They call our techs professional, polite and friendly. Many name their tech in the review, and one in ten say the tech took the time to explain the problem.
Price comes up too. About one in five reviews says our prices were fair and honest. More than one in five say they would recommend us to friends, and many say they will call us again next time something breaks.

Although they could not fix, they went throughly thru the refrigerator to make sure of their diagnosis that we did have a non-repairable fren leak and that I will need a new refrigerator
Sergie was the maintenance guy who came to our apartment. He was very nice and came before the the time I was given, which was a plus. Very reasonable too, we didn't get a repair becase it didn't make sense. But I highly recommend them to get your stuff checked out!

Company was very polite over the phone did not have to wait long to set up my appointment at all Service Person arrived on time and I was notified by text beforehand Service Person (Sergei) arrived clean and ready to work explained everything thoroughly to us. We felt this person was very honest Do not push to sell any extra work. The nicest part, he seemed to really enjoy working for this company, which is a plus! I definitely put their number in my phonebook For future work
George came right on time and was done in an hour. He demonstrated extensive knowledge and understanding of his trade. He walked me through what the problem was and gave me tips to help avoid the problem in the future. After thoroughly cleaning the dryer he determined that nothing needed to be replaced and just maintenance was needed. He made sure to let us knew that there was a 30 day maintenance warranty and if there were any mote problems before that time to make sure we call them again. Very professional and polite.

My clothes dryer had stopped heating. A+ Appliance Repair came out and diagnosed the problem and were able to fix it immediately. Service technicians were very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Excellent company and service. Highly recommend!
First time with this company … I will certainly use them again. The technician went through all the diagnostics and didn’t find anything wrong. I was only charged a $79 service call and have a one month guarantee.
