Most of our reviews are about speed. Nearly half say we came out fast, showed up on time or fixed the problem quickly. When a fridge or washer breaks, people want it working again that day, and that is what they write about most.
Next, customers talk about the technician who came to their home. They call our techs professional, polite and friendly. Many name their tech in the review, and one in ten say the tech took the time to explain the problem.
Price comes up too. About one in five reviews says our prices were fair and honest. More than one in five say they would recommend us to friends, and many say they will call us again next time something breaks.

On time, knowledgeable, quick and no hassle
Very timely response, pleasant and polite interactions, competent and knowledgeable repair person.
We needed our ice maker repaired. A+, specifically George, provided excellent service and accommodated our needs and schedule. We will absolutely use them again for future needs.
Sergei was very friendly and helpful to determine the issue. Though we opted to replace rather than repair it seems as though he would have done a great job. He was thorough and knowledgeable.

A+ was quick and reliable for me today! Alex was a great help when I woke up with my fridge making a loud strange noise. My thermostat wasn’t working properly and Alex had it diagnosed, cleaned out and repaired within the hour of his arrival! Alex even came back to help me with a second issue and took care of it for me quickly and efficiently. I would 10xs recommend calling a+ appliance repair!!
We called for refrigerator repair, and they were able to send someone the same day. Not only did someone come same day, but he arrived early! The communication was clear and continuous from the start (text and email updates), the tech who came was friendly and efficient, and overall honest. The price quotes were also fair. We have added A+ to our quick-dial list for appliance repair moving forward! Highly recommend.
Alex was great and so helpful for us today, we had him out a month ago and then we had a second issue go wrong he came out and fixed it quickly and was so nice! I would 10x recommend A+ appliance repair!!
Repairman came within the “window” I was given. He diagnosed the issue. Given the cost and the age of the appliance we will decide whether or not we wish to proceed with the repairs, bit the repairman was not pushy in terms of getting us to move forward with repairs. He put the appliance back together. All I asked was that if we chose to go forward that HE be the one to come back out.
