West U Repairs With No Guesswork
West U became a city in 1924, partly because Houston would not run power lines that far. The city wells pump from about 560 feet down. The Poor Farm Ditch drains the city into Brays Bayou.
We do not guess at repairs. Our tech tests the machine and finds the real cause before quoting. That price comes first, before a single tool comes out. Approve it and we skip the visit fee. If the same fault comes back, our warranty covers it.

West U Homes on 50 Foot Lots
West University Place was developed in 1917 and named for nearby Rice Institute. Many of its streets are named for authors. Most lots are about 50 by 120 feet. About half the houses were torn down and rebuilt in the 15 years before 2002.
The new homes fill their lots, so laundry rooms are often upstairs and kitchens are packed with built ins. An upstairs washer leak can do real damage, so we treat it as urgent. West U blends city well water with Houston surface water about half and half. We check hoses and valves for scale and wear on every visit.
