Amazing service! Emil did such a great job repairing my front loading washer. The door gasket needed to be changed. When I used the washer the next, we still had a leak. He made the extra effort to come back that day and found we also had a leaking hose, which he repaired on the spot. Amazing customer service A+.

Sam came out same-day to our Georgetown Washington DC home, diagnosed a failing compressor, and worked late to fix it. He even helped reorganize our food back in the fridge. The Wharf opened its first phase in October 2017 and its second in October 2022. Phase 2 added an apartment building and a 96-unit condo building. Homes this new come with built-in fridges, sleek ranges and stacked laundry. New machines still break. Their parts often must be ordered by model.
The curbside here is only for rideshare and parcel drop-off. So our techs park in the garages below ground and bring tools up by elevator. A free shuttle also runs to L’Enfant Plaza Metro, less than a ten-minute walk away. Let us know your building’s loading rules when you book.
