Is your washer leaking, grinding or stuck mid-cycle? Maybe the door stays locked shut. Front loaders, top loaders and stacked laundry pairs in Piney Point Village, TX are on our list. A $79 diagnostic is waived with the repair. Every repair is backed by our warranty.
What causes washer breakdowns
Big households run many loads each week, often back to back. The drain pump can jam with small items and leave water in the drum. Front loaders have a door lock that can fail and trap clothes. Rips in the rubber boot around the door let water escape. On top loaders, a broken lid switch blocks the spin. Hoses can split and leak behind the machine. Detergent sludge can clog the dispenser. Tub bearings wear out and cause a loud grinding noise.
How we repair your washer
We drain the washer and check the pump for clogs. Then we run a cycle and listen to the motor and bearings. Our tech tests the door lock, inlet valve and control board. The price is agreed before a single part is ordered. Pumps, locks and boots are common repairs. If the bearings are gone on an older machine, a new washer may be wiser.
Uniforms from schools on both sides of the bayou
Buffalo Bayou runs through Piney Point Village and divides it in two. Homes north of the bayou are in Spring Branch ISD. Homes south of it are in Houston ISD. The Kinkaid School, a private K-12 school, is also in the village. Many families here wash school uniforms and sports clothes every week. Heavy loads like that keep washers in Piney Point Village working hard.
Washer calls from Piney Point Village often mention water left in the drum or a loud noise during spin. Laundry piles up fast in a busy home. Wet clothes left too long start to smell. We drain the washer, fix the failed part and test a full cycle.
We repair top-load, front-load and stackable washers from all major brands. That covers Whirlpool, Maytag and GE, plus LG and Samsung. We carry parts for the most common repairs, so many washers run again after a single visit. We are a fully licensed and insured company.
