Small patios, big grill problems
Grills here may sit on a townhome patio or in a small yard. Shade from nearby buildings can keep them damp for days. That moisture rusts burners and the igniter wire over time. The igniter, the part that flicks a spark to light gas, then stops clicking. Grease buildup causes flare-ups and patchy heat. Spiders like to spin webs inside the burner tubes. A built-in grill can also suffer from a loose gas valve inside the island.
Our process on a grill repair
Leak testing the gas supply and every fitting comes first. Next we light each burner and read the flame color. The igniter, valves and regulator are tested in turn. A fixed price is yours to approve before we start. Burners, igniters and valves give a grill many more seasons. A cracked or rusted firebox usually means replacement. We will tell you honestly which way to go.
