Fantastic company to hire, and the technician (Tenz Z) was great. Prompt, honest and Covid-friendly, 10/10 would recommend - the next time an appliance of mine breaks I’m calling A+ back.
Tenz Z arrived on time, wore a mask and covered his shoes when he came in. Got right to work and had the problem solved in less than an hour. He informed me of the cost and break down on the invoice. Very impressed!

A+ Appliance came to our rescue for us! Sam came over a few nights before Thanksgiving and got our washing machine working. Sam is a great gentleman and had it fixed quickly and efficiently.
The gentlemen arrived timely to repair our oven. He was able to quickly identify the issue and fixed our oven. Already we used the oven and it works perfectly. So grateful for his quick service and honest evaluation.
A+ Appliance Repair & Maintenance was very quick to respond to my inquiry, sent clear updates while on their way and arrived within the scheduled time window. Sam was very easy to work with, he was able open up the inner workings of our dishwasher and quickly diagnose the problem. In our case it will make more financial sense to get a new dishwasher rather than repair the aging one, and I appreciate that Sam understood that and didn't pressure us for any additional work. His inspection will ultimately save us from wasting money on further repairs. I appreciate that he also was willing to take some extra time and look at our refrigerator and other appliances as part of the same visit fee. We feel in over our heads as first-time house renters, yet this experience working with A+ and Sam was stress-free.
