Next, customers talk about the technician who came to their home. They call our techs professional, polite and friendly. Many name their tech in the review, and one in ten say the tech took the time to explain the problem.
Price comes up too. About one in five reviews says our prices were fair and honest. More than one in five say they would recommend us to friends, and many say they will call us again next time something breaks.

They scheduled us next day after calling which was great. Our tech Tenzin did an amazing job fixing the dryer. I thought for sure it was done for when I saw the shape of the control panel. He wanted to try to fix it just to see if it was possible and sure enough he got it working again! Truly amazing, and will save us loads of money by not having to get a new dryer. Thank you Tenzin and thank you A+ appliance repair and maintenance. We are definitely keeping your number for the future and will be sharing it with family and friends.
Samat was professional, friendly, listened to my puzzling problem with my electric dryer and gave me very good feedback. Most importantly, he diagnosed the problem (my dryer was either heating or it wasn’t, no in-between) as a faulty selector knob - a day after I had a rude technician here from a different company who did not find the problem and told me my dryer was fine. I would recommended A+ to anyone. I will absolutely call them again with any appliance issue.

My freezer wasn’t working correctly. The woman answering the phone was friendly and helpful, and made an appointment for me the same day. Vitaly came out, and he spent time figuring out what was wrong with the freezer. He also patiently explained everything to me. Unfortunately, the problem with the freezer wasn’t a small one, it needed a new compressor. He told me that it would be very expensive to fix, and suggested it made more sense to get a new refrigerator. I really appreciated his honesty. I will definitely use A+ Appliance Repair and Maintenance again, because their pricing is reasonable, and you can trust them to be honest.
The technician you sent out was very professional & impolite. He did a great job and he took the time to explain to me everything he did I really appreciate you having a professional like this If I were ever to use you again I would ask for the same technician I was very impressed
Needed our dryer repaired. We called this service after looking up "best dryer repair" on Google and they did not disappoint. They had immediate appointments and they came out quickly. Dryer now works like a charm.

My dishwasher was not cycling and the technician used all of his skills to mitigate the unique problem of the switches needing to be reset.
