Varel was determined to my refrigerator and find out what the real problem was. However he had to defrost a defrost less refrigerator. Which is what took so long. However he never gave up and very pleasant. Thank you
Called made appointment with friendly staff. Told me it would be two days and that Technician (Repair person) will be there 1 to 3 and would call. Received text just before 1 said on way approximate 50 minutes out. Showed up on time explained $75 diagnose fee and if repair was done $75 would be credited back. Repair done and working made sure everything was cleaned. Vitaly was kind and professional.

Tenz was not able to fix the problem but he was able to diagnose the issue and provide solutions. The cost for the visit was much cheaper than I was quoted from a plumber.
