Next, customers talk about the technician who came to their home. They call our techs professional, polite and friendly. Many name their tech in the review, and one in ten say the tech took the time to explain the problem.

When my dishwasher started showing the system error for the water leaking, I did couple of DIYs and that did not help. Very often it showed the error code, We decided to call the service. When we called the Bosch recommended service companies, they first started with the $110 - $150 for the diagnose alone which may or may not be applied towards the repair. This sounded costly and we got A+ appliance repair via Google. A+ is a Parent service company they subcontracted to Victoria LLC who came for the half price of the others to diagnose and also applied the cost towards the repair cost. We got the schedule sooner than we expected and also very sooner than other companies. The person came on time and identified the problem in matter of mins, he gave us the estimate which was not a big cost that we were expecting after the discounts were applied. I was told by the person that the part might take max of 7 business days, but may arrive earlier. As he told, The part they ordered arrived in 2 days, I got a call to schedule the repair on the same day they got the part. The same person came and repaired, also cleaned the complete dishwasher, suggested to use the deep wash for the first time. Very Professional and Recommended!!
A+ was responsive in scheduling and confirming. Sam was an excellent technician as well as clean & pleasant. Would definitely use A+ again.
I called them after my refrigerator stopped working. They provided me an appointment the same day and the cost for diagnostics was very reasonable. Maintained top tier communication throughout the entire process. Arrived on time and promptly render services upon arrival.

Technician helped to find the problem. Unfortunately the cost to repair the washer was prohibitive. But at least the problem was found.
