Most of our reviews are about speed. Nearly half say we came out fast, showed up on time or fixed the problem quickly. When a fridge or washer breaks, people want it working again that day, and that is what they write about most.
Next, customers talk about the technician who came to their home. They call our techs professional, polite and friendly. Many name their tech in the review, and one in ten say the tech took the time to explain the problem.
Price comes up too. About one in five reviews says our prices were fair and honest. More than one in five say they would recommend us to friends, and many say they will call us again next time something breaks.

The repair service man showed up wearing a mask which was greatly appreciated as I am at high risk for Covid. The work needed was discussed and the option to have him proceed decided. He was courteous, respectful and completed the work satisfactorily, saving me from having to purchase a new washer. As usual, I appreciate competent, hard working immigrants, and he was one of them.

Vitaly was great. On time and made sure to find a solution to our very old wall oven. Probably the oldest wall oven out there but Vitaly did not get discourage and was able to fix it and got it working again. Mind you this oven haven’t worked in over 3 years. I contacted 2 other companies they refuse to even come out and take a look at it due to the age of the oven. Def recommend Vitaly and will use him again in the future if I have any issues with any appliance at my home.

A+ Appliance Repair responded quickly and fixed my 20-year-old Maytag washer/dryer as fast as possible. Sam, along with his coworkers on the repair team, was on time, knowledgeable and friendly.
