Most of our reviews are about speed. Nearly half say we came out fast, showed up on time or fixed the problem quickly. When a fridge or washer breaks, people want it working again that day, and that is what they write about most.
Next, customers talk about the technician who came to their home. They call our techs professional, polite and friendly. Many name their tech in the review, and one in ten say the tech took the time to explain the problem.
Price comes up too. About one in five reviews says our prices were fair and honest. More than one in five say they would recommend us to friends, and many say they will call us again next time something breaks.

Needed a dryer and vent cleaning done, and wanted a local team. Searched the web and found this team A+Appliance. They had a 5 star review and I'm glad I called them. Their tech Ali was awesome. Worked quick, communicated great, and got the job done efficiently. I will call these guys again next time. Extremely satisfied with the repair work. Their tech Ali even showed me different tricks to maintaining my unit and tips to keep it lasting longer. It was much appreciated to work with such a professional team. Ali was very professional and honest. Unfortunately because of the brand of appliances we have it was not cost effective for us to do a repair but I’m glad that we tried!
Tom, the service technician from A Appliance, was very thorough and professional. He went above and beyond our expectations because we were leaving on Monday and needed a part for our freezer. Tom made the extra effort to locate the part and returned to install it on Sunday. You do not often find this level of dedication and service. We truly appreciate his commitment and excellent work.
