Called for a microwave repair. Sergey came the next day. Diagnosed the problem and was forthcoming with the cost vs buying new. He was very knowledgeable and super nice. Very reasonable price for the service call. Will call them again if needed!
Ali repaired my over the range microwave, which saved me the expensive $500 cost of replacement & installation fees. Next he worked on my stackable washer/dryer. Even though the transmission bearing is wearing out he repaired it so that I have 6 months more to use it. Thank God, now I have to shop around to purchase a new stackable combo before this one goes out. Great customer service, quick & timely repair work. I definitely recommend their services & won’t hesitate to call them again.

Easy process to set up an appointment. Technician texted when on the way. He was courteous and explained the options.
Called on Thursday and had a service tech the next day available to inspect my kenmore dryer. Sergei came and walked me through the problem and had it fixed in under an hour! I’m relieved to have only had a broken dryer for a day and the quick turnaround. I also appreciate Sergei for the explanation and excellent work!
Sergei was excellent and came over and fixed my dishwasher. He was very knowledgeable and kept me informed about the process. He cleaned up once he was done and the repair did not take long at all. This is my first time using this company for appliance repairs but it won't be my last. My technician, Ten Z, was very professional, courteous and on time. A+ Appliance is a very good company to have on hand. My appliance was diagnosed on Monday and fixed the next day! Also, they have very reasonable prices, too.
Ali was excellent and fixed our oven hinges and repaired the blocked stove top very quickly and efficiently. We didn’t need to replace anything as originally we thought.
The repair technician came during the alloted time and once I explained my problem he immediately checked it out. He explained what the issue was and once I gave him the go ahead, he quickly repaired my oven. If needed, I wouldl use this service again.
I really appreciated the quick response. We called on Sunday about an issue with our oven, got an appointment for Tuesday. After the initial assessment on Tuesday, the mechanic came back the next day with the required parts and fixed the oven.
