We had a great experience. Tech was able to come out quickly to assess problem. The tech was professional, helpful and worked hard. The price for repair was average-I would recommend!

Vitaly was professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the problem with my dishwasher and make sure I was comfortable with the next steps. He showed me how to clean out the filters in both my dishwasher and my washing machine, and suggested which products to use so that they can continue to perform optimally in the future. He even fixed the faucet in my bathroom for me just because I warned him about the big splash that happens when you wash your hands! I will definitely use the service again in the future as needed.
