Efficient and quality service.
Technician arrived when he said he would be here. He was very professional. Had my dishwasher running within 10 minutes of being here. Very, very satisfied customer!

Highly recommend A+ Appliance! They're able to accommodate evening appointments for those that work 9-5, with lots of flexibility. They give a time frame & the technician calls/texts 15min before arrival. My technician Nick was able to diagnose the issue quickly, gave a reasonable quote, and was able to order the parts the same day. I got my washer fixed within 1 week from initial contact. Originally I went with the Bosh brand itself, but it was like pulling teeth to schedule an appointment, with clueless customer service reps unable to help and long call wait times. After about 1 month, I gave up and found A+ Appliance, and now will use them for all future appliance repair needs!

I contacted this company and received an appointment right away. I was told my appointment time on that Monday was between hours of 9am-12pm. Sam (my serviceman) contacted me and stated he would arrive between 10-10:30. He did in fact arrive before 10:30. I was very pleased with their fast response/arrival. Being that I am a female senior citizen, I am uncomfortable having strangers in my home while I am alone. That was not the case here. Sam and his trainee were extremely professional, friendly and made me feel comfortable. They were neatly dressed and wore masks and paper booties over their shoes before entering my home. Everything was explained to me before, during and after my service was completed. Sam answered any questions I had and I learned so much about my washer/dryer for future maintenance prevention. The cost of the service was very affordable. I was able to go to work after because of their early arrival and fast completion of the repair. I look forward to using this company again for other services/repairs. I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family.
