I was very happy with the service these guys provided. I scheduled appointment to check my dryer, they showed up on time and fixed it pretty quickly.
I had a fantastic experience with this company. They fixed my heat system and serviced my dryer. They arrived promptly, worked efficiently, and offered helpful advice for future maintenance. The service was exceptional, and the staff was incredibly friendly. I highly recommend them!

I recently had my washing machine break down, which, as you can imagine, was a bit of a nightmare. After searching around, I came across this company, and I’m so glad I did. From the very first call, the whole experience was smooth and professional, but not in that overly formal way where you feel like you’re just another number. The technician arrived right on time, which was a huge plus because I was worried about waiting around all day. He was super friendly and really seemed to know his stuff. He explained exactly what was wrong in terms that I could actually understand (no confusing jargon!), and I felt like he wasn’t just trying to sell me something I didn’t need. He even gave me some tips on how to maintain my machine to avoid future problems. What really stood out to me, though, was how quickly they were able to get the part needed for the repair. I thought I’d be without a washing machine for at least a week, but they had it up and running the next day! And the price? Very reasonable, especially considering the level of service. Overall, if you’re looking for a reliable and professional yet personable repair service, I can’t recommend this company enough. They truly care about getting the job done right and making sure their customers are happy. I know I’ll be calling them again if anything else ever breaks down (though, hopefully, I won’t need to!

Control board on our dual energy Thermador range/oven failed; since the appliance is no longer made, original vendor and Thermador would not undertake repair and recommended replacing the unit. A+ made a diagnostic visit, confirmed the problem, located a rebuilt (warranteed) board, 1/3 the cost of a replacement part I'd located on eBay. Returned within a week to install it. Great communication and customer service -- arrived within the scheduled time window (texting beforehand to confirm), clean and efficient, respectful of the property (even helped sweep up around the stove!), very reasonable fee. So far, very happy with the outcome!

Great experience with this company. They helped me to repair my fridge in their first visit. And recently I called them to help me with my dishwasher machine. I didn’t have warranty anymore and didn’t even know the model number, they figured out everything. Prices are reasonable and they sent a repair man right away.
Maytag clothes dryer heater not working and they do step by step to find the problem and replaced parts that’s not working and they fixed the problem. He knows what he's doing.
