The technician arrived on time, was professional, and quickly diagnosed the issue. He explained everything in detail and had the necessary parts on hand to fix it on the spot. The guys ( Ollie & Aiden) were very, very nice, professional, and knew exactly where to look and how to fix my washing machine. This company was amazing. Vlad H. came out right away for our dryer not working, and was extremely polite and respectful. Parts were ordered before he left and came in the very next morning. He was able to come out the next day and it took him no time to get our dryer back up and running. I would highly recommend this company as they are very polite, straightforward, and honest which is very rare these days. I can’t say enough good things about this company. I called the company because my washer was leaking and the technician who came out to evaluate it stayed at my house for 2 wash cycles and told me that we were putting too many items in the washer at once. I did not have to pay any additional money for the service and I'm so grateful that the technician was honest. I will definitely utilize this company in the future if I have any other problems.
