Price comes up too. About one in five reviews says our prices were fair and honest. More than one in five say they would recommend us to friends, and many say they will call us again next time something breaks.

Two guys came who were very prompt, efficient and polite. They identified the problem, got the part ordered (it is an old machine), set up a follow-up to install, and cleaned up where they’d taken things apart. They got the part quickly and returned the same day they got it to finish the fix. I definitely recommend!

Technician Graffar was good.
Our tech repaired our dryer that had been damaging clothes and squeaking in no time. Weeks later our washing machine went haywire and it was obvious who to call. Best repair service we've used in the last ten years.
My washing machine had some problems, timing cycles, spinning improperly. Kassym found the problems, ordered parts and fixed it. He explained everything, the price was reasonable.
A+ sent Emil, who diagnosed the Maytag dryer not heating, ordered the part and return the next day and fixed the dryer. Prompt service work.
