Samat was responsive, knowledgeable, and respectful. I thought that the water line in my refrigerator had an issue because it was not dispensing water. Samat traced the waterline and found that the valve was shut off. He could have said it was something else and charged more. He simply turned it back on and was on his way. I so appreciated his honesty. Will definitely use A+ Appliance again, and would definitely recommend them.

Utterly painless and professional.
I'm glad I reaches out to A + for my washer/dryer issue. They were quick to respond and repair my washer. Tenz and Dimitri were thorough and professional. I highly recommend.
Initial response was very quick when sending out the request. They showed up within a few days to assess my dryer. Unfortunately, they had to order parts for it and that delayed the final fix by around a week. But the next time they came, they were on time and fixed the issue in less than an hour. No issues and my machine is back running again with no issues.
They have been great so far working with me and my weird electrical issues in my really old home. They’ve gone above and beyond in offering suggestions and helping figure out the best way to take care of my broken dishwasher. Would highly recommend.
Refrigerator compressor was shot (DONT BUY KENMORE/LG WITH LINEAR COMPRESSORS - GOT 4 years out of a $2k FRIDGE!!!). Repairman was genial and informative, got to work and took care of business. Can’t ask for much more
