Most of our reviews are about speed. Nearly half say we came out fast, showed up on time or fixed the problem quickly. When a fridge or washer breaks, people want it working again that day, and that is what they write about most.
Next, customers talk about the technician who came to their home. They call our techs professional, polite and friendly. Many name their tech in the review, and one in ten say the tech took the time to explain the problem.
Price comes up too. About one in five reviews says our prices were fair and honest. More than one in five say they would recommend us to friends, and many say they will call us again next time something breaks.

I called A+ to repair my Samsung refrigerator on Sunday. They picked up the phone instantly, scheduled it for Monday with me, arrived on time, diagnosed and repaired by Friday. They communicated the whole way through as well. Worth the money and my fridge is working like new.
Very responsive and quick repair. Pricing a bit higher than we’d like but can be overlooked by how fast and professional the repair was.

I was impressed with the service that this company provides. Vitaly is very knowledgeable and thorough. The part had to be ordered and Vitaly was able to keep the refrigerator working temporarily until the part came in two days later. He came back and put the part in place. I couldn’t ask for a better company or technician.
Antony did an amazing diagnosing of our washing machine and did a great job explaining what was wrong. Was honest about the problem. Will definitely use in the future for all appliances

A+ was incredibly quick to schedule an appointment and professional and thorough.
Tenz was so great. They were able to get us in the day I called. He came out assessed the issue, ordered the part, and came back 2 days later to fix it. He was polite and fast! Would definitely use them again!
Sam arrived on time and was considerate of the tenants who were working from home. He efficiently diagnosed the problem as a bad pump, explained and reviewed the costs for repair. He didn't try to promote repair over replacement of the dishwasher which I appreciate. With this information, I'll be looking for a new dishwasher with easier access to the drain for maintenance and will look into using dishwasher cleaner tablets. All for a $75 service fee. A+ Appliance Repair will be my go-to.
I meet with Sam who was the thech. He was on point with comunicación of his driving to our place and his explanation of the issue of our oven was great. Looking forward to work with you guys.

I had dishwasher that wasn’t been working properly so I called these guys. Believe it or not, it took them less than an hours to fix it and it was working as a new. Also, it didn’t cost me too much which is really good. I’d suggest these guys whenever you need something to be fixed
