Most of our reviews are about speed. Nearly half say we came out fast, showed up on time or fixed the problem quickly. When a fridge or washer breaks, people want it working again that day, and that is what they write about most.
Next, customers talk about the technician who came to their home. They call our techs professional, polite and friendly. Many name their tech in the review, and one in ten say the tech took the time to explain the problem.
Price comes up too. About one in five reviews says our prices were fair and honest. More than one in five say they would recommend us to friends, and many say they will call us again next time something breaks.

I moved into my first condo that had a kenmore whirpool from the 60’s. When it went out within a year I was concerned that it was done for or I wouldn’t be able to find someone willing or able to work on it. Though, I was correct that it’s done for, Vitaly was extremely knowledge about how/why the issues were happening, didn’t try to make more money off an obviously unsolvable issue, and had great recommendations for a reliable replacement as well as what I need to do with maintenance moving forward to get more life out of my appliances! Would definitely recommend.
Zamirbek arrived right on time to repair our dishwasher and cheerfully spent some time on diagnosis, determining that we needed a new drain motor. We were a little dismayed, as we needed the dishwasher repaired right away, but he had come prepared with a trunkful of parts including the new motor we needed. He installed it quickly, offered some helpful advice on routine maintenance of our appliances, and headed off to another job. When we tried running the repaired dishwasher we found that it still had a problem. Zamirbek came back right away and did some additional diagnosis, discovering a failed hose connection deep in the guts of the machine, very hard to find. He fixed it and we now again have a working dishwasher, a happy ending.
Zamirbek is an amazing appliance technician. He diagnosed the issue with my refrigerator and repaired it immediately, and he explained to me why it wasn’t working properly. He showed me the part malfunctioning and gave me a fair price. Zam also showed me how to maintain my dishwasher, washer/dryer and HVAC unit. I highly recommend A+ Appliance Repair & Maintenance.
Same day service was what I needed, and same day service was what I got! 🙂 Technician was thorough, and we discussed our options. Rather than replace the faulty part and just take our $$, he could see more trouble on the horizon. It was refreshing to have an honest person who gave us the ENTIRE TRUTH of our situation.
