My fridge decided it didn’t want to work yesterday so I called up A+ today and have had a great experience. The woman who answered the phone was very friendly and was able to get me an appointment right away at a time that was exactly what worked best for me. A repairman named Tenz came out during the appointment window and he did a very good job. He spent plenty of time examining my fridge and then explained what was wrong, what needed to be done, and showed me exactly how much each part and labor would cost. He was very thorough, knowledgeable, and honest. I will definitely Italy be using A+ for any future appliance repair needs and highly recommend them!
