Most of our reviews are about speed. Nearly half say we came out fast, showed up on time or fixed the problem quickly. When a fridge or washer breaks, people want it working again that day, and that is what they write about most.
Next, customers talk about the technician who came to their home. They call our techs professional, polite and friendly. Many name their tech in the review, and one in ten say the tech took the time to explain the problem.
Price comes up too. About one in five reviews says our prices were fair and honest. More than one in five say they would recommend us to friends, and many say they will call us again next time something breaks.

Paul did a great job. Texted us he was on his way, Replaced the broken part, left the area cleaner than he found it and was gone. I can’t ask for anything more from a contractor. We will use A+ for all our appliance needs from now on.

The technician arrived to my property on time, diagnosed the property. The part needed to be ordered and arrived efficiently and he was able to install and repair the issue.
We had a Bosch microwave (connected to the oven) that had an issue where it automatically turns on when the door is closed. We contacted several companies to look at it but no one was able to fix it. Finally Pavlo and his team fixed it! Pavlo and his team is professional and knowledgeable. They took time to understand the issue and fixed it. Very appreciative of the hard work the team had done. Great work, great service, highly recommend!

I just had a piece of clothes stuck in my dryer that i couldn’t get out and they were able to work around my work schedule which was amazing. I was still at work when they showed up and i was able to let him in my condo and he was able to fix the issue without me there. It was a next day repair from when i called and very professional.
