Next, customers talk about the technician who came to their home. They call our techs professional, polite and friendly. Many name their tech in the review, and one in ten say the tech took the time to explain the problem.
Price comes up too. About one in five reviews says our prices were fair and honest. More than one in five say they would recommend us to friends, and many say they will call us again next time something breaks.

Great work with oven
I got amazing, attentive service when they fixed my oven that wasn’t heating. They totally earned that five-star rating from me. Honestly, I feel lucky to have found them. Their professionalism is next level, and I’ll definitely be calling them again for any future repairs. Highly recommend!

My Kenmore gas wall oven would not heat. When I called, the young lady (Bernadette) that answered was so kind and attentive. I was given a service window of 10am-1pm. The tech(Sergi) was here about 11am. Very professional, friendly, and efficient. Found and explained the issue to me, politely asked if I wanted the service for the quoted price and after consent, fixed problem. I was very pleased. Thank you, A+👍🏾
I cannot find my original review but it was not a good one. But the company has worked with me to regain my confidence by refunding my service fee. Thank you for your effort to appease my dissatisfaction.
My dishwasher unexpectedly stopped working. Asset was quick to schedule an appointment with me the following day. He was able to easily identify the problem and quickly changed out the broken part when it arrived a couple days later. I highly recommend his services. Thank you.
