Most of our reviews are about speed. Nearly half say we came out fast, showed up on time or fixed the problem quickly. When a fridge or washer breaks, people want it working again that day, and that is what they write about most.
Next, customers talk about the technician who came to their home. They call our techs professional, polite and friendly. Many name their tech in the review, and one in ten say the tech took the time to explain the problem.
Price comes up too. About one in five reviews says our prices were fair and honest. More than one in five say they would recommend us to friends, and many say they will call us again next time something breaks.

The technician arrived on time in McLean, VA and had my broken dryer fixed in less than an hour. Janice scheduled the appointment promptly after I called. The pricing was fair with no hidden charges. I’ll definitely use their service again.

The tech was on time, very polite, and professional. The company offers same day service in which they made good on. He explained what the problem was and informed me of the price before he proceeded. Cleaned up after he was done. I was pleased with his service.
