The technician had a deep knowledge of how the equipment works and what was wrong with it. Very professional in his communications and had all the necessary tools
As a real estate agent, I have to rely on quality service providers and this company was amazing! The customer service is wonderful and Kuna, who was able to fix the oven Range in one of my listings was very patient and I was happy he was able to make it work! Also, Tenzin helped me find a replacement refrigerator handle for an old fridge which saved my Client quite a bit of money :-) I can’t wait to use this service again!
Very fast and professional
Ali did an excellent job repairing our Bosch dishwasher! He was timely, communicative, and very knowledgeable. We called on a Thursday and they had someone out the next day to diagnose the source of the leak. In addition the pricing was extremely reasonable. We truly appreciate the entire team's quick response time and flexible scheduling. We will definitely use A+ Appliance Repair services for all of our future appliance based needs!
We had an older Admiral gas dryer that stopped heating up. A+ came and assessed the issue. The first two visits on the same day did not reveal the cause, so he came back the next day with additional parts. When those also did not fix the problem, he did additional research and came back again with the part that needed replacement. It was a troubleshooting nightmare, but he stuck with it until it was done!
Had a microwave repaired - dead fuse and broken switch. Service went great and was very fast. Price was a bit high but I needed it done:)

Easy and Effective Service! Robert came to check on the ice maker and he concluded that it needed to be replaced. We agreed to order the parts and within 4 days he called to schedule the installation. I was a little inpatient because I thought that when I would get home I would have ice.. well, for some reason it takes 12-24 hours for that to happen. Just a little miscommunication but overall I am completely satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend this business.
The technician came out as planned and diagnosed the issue. I am waiting for them to get back to me to schedule the repair once they have the parts
