Most of our reviews are about speed. Nearly half say we came out fast, showed up on time or fixed the problem quickly. When a fridge or washer breaks, people want it working again that day, and that is what they write about most.
Next, customers talk about the technician who came to their home. They call our techs professional, polite and friendly. Many name their tech in the review, and one in ten say the tech took the time to explain the problem.
Price comes up too. About one in five reviews says our prices were fair and honest. More than one in five say they would recommend us to friends, and many say they will call us again next time something breaks.

They were thorough and didn’t leave until the job was done
Sergei came over to see what was wrong and he was really friendly and polite.
Our dishwasher repairman, Sergei, was very knowledgeable, helpful, professional, and kind. He quickly diagnosed our issue and took the steps needed to fix the problem. We appreciated that he explained everything, and he also thoroughly cleaned up the work area.
The technician came in and fixed my appliance and the cost was reasonable.
I quoted several places to assess a problem with our oven, and A+ offered the best price. They also waive the assessment fee if you go forward with the repair. It made more sense to replace the appliance in our case, but the repairman was on time and professional. I would use the company again in the future.
I called in for an estimate and the tech diagnosed the problem quickly. The repair would have been expensive and he said a new washing machine could be purchased for the same price. So true. He could have pushed for the repair but did not. A true professional. A+ will be my go to if needed.

I just had my dishwasher repaired and I must say it was one of the best appliance repair experiences I have ever had. From scheduling the appointment to finished repair, A+ was a 10/10. Vitaly was very professional on site at my home and I will definitely be using them for all of my appliance repairs moving forward as they have set a new standard of how these companies should work with their customers.
Reliable job
My refrigerator was no longer cooling so I contacted Yelp, and was put in contact with A+. A service technician was at my home within 5 hours of my initial request. He diagnosed the problem (a faulty inverter board, apparently ($385)), and had the new part in place by the next day. That was a little over a week ago, and the fridge is still cold. I'm particularly happy with the speed of service. Slightly less so with the total price, but, overall, I'm happy with how things worked out. A cold fridge by Christmas so 5 🌟!
