Most of our reviews are about speed. Nearly half say we came out fast, showed up on time or fixed the problem quickly. When a fridge or washer breaks, people want it working again that day, and that is what they write about most.
Next, customers talk about the technician who came to their home. They call our techs professional, polite and friendly. Many name their tech in the review, and one in ten say the tech took the time to explain the problem.
Price comes up too. About one in five reviews says our prices were fair and honest. More than one in five say they would recommend us to friends, and many say they will call us again next time something breaks.

They did an amazing job! They helped me attach the gas line to my stove & were able to help me within 2 hours the day of! Would recommend their service!!
Fast and reliable service. Sergio came within 3 hours of my initaial call, he had great customer service. He Fixed my dryer within 45 min. Seemed to be reasonable priced.
Fast response and prompt arrival. Unfortunately my refrigerator was DOA, but the technician was quick and to the point about the cost being greater than replacement.
Very efficient in identifying the problem. On time. Professional and easy to work with. Kitchen aid ice maker was broken and they were able to fix it quickly.
Sam was wonderful! He arrived in a couple of days, to inspect my dryer, and to figure out what parts he needed. He was here about a half hour with an estimate. He came back the very next day with the parts, and installed them and cleaned everything with my dryer. Once again, within a half hour. My 20 year old dryer is like new! He is very nice, polite, well spoken, very clean and neat, on top of being very knowledgeable, and fast, but not reckless. He is precise and logical. No fooling around. I highly recommend him, and would hire him again in a second!

Our refrigerator broke down, and we were worried about a massive repair bill. Technician came out and was a total pro. He clearly knew exactly what he was doing. Instead of replacing everything at once, he took a strategic approach and installed the cheaper part first. It ended up being the only thing that needed fixing! It’s rare to find someone so honest and skilled. We are very grateful!"
