Everything was great from start to finish !! The initial phone call to schedule was easy and they scheduled me right away. The refrigerator technician Sergei Petrov was OUTSTANDING!! He was on time and very professional, courteous, polite and extremely knowledgeable on what the issues were. And he told me what to look for in my purchase of possibly having to buy a new refrigerator. Sergei was great !! I highly recommend him and A+ Appliance Repair and Maintenance!! Tom M.

Sam came and fixed my washer. He was very polite and he finished the job when he said he would. He cleaned up and did Not leave a mess. Would definitely hire him again.
The technician, Vitaly, was excellent. He arrived a few minutes early and went immediately to work after discussing the problem with me. He quickly found the problem and we discussed the cost for repairing it. He suggested with the unit being old and the extensive damage cause by defective parts in my front loading washer the cost would be around around $1000. He said the repair cost would exceed purchasing a new one and suggested brands the were lower and less maintenance. Outstanding!!
The service was terrific. Emil diagnosed the problem with our over the range microwave quickly and got the part in and repaired it the next day. I liked the speed. Emil is a hard worker and got everything repaired and re-installed quickly and completely. We were especially thankful for the service on Good Friday that got our kitchen back to full service before Easter!
