Next, customers talk about the technician who came to their home. They call our techs professional, polite and friendly. Many name their tech in the review, and one in ten say the tech took the time to explain the problem.
Price comes up too. About one in five reviews says our prices were fair and honest. More than one in five say they would recommend us to friends, and many say they will call us again next time something breaks.

Ken arrived to diagnose an issue with my Kenmore Elite refrigerator. I explained that I heard a very loud click that I was concerned about. He checked and said that the compressor was functioning and everything else seemed fine. He pulled out the refrigerator and saw the condenser coils coated with dust and cleaned them. He was very professional and efficient and completed the work quickly.
Emil did a great job changing the gasket of the washing machine. Thanks a lot!

I made an appointment on Saturday to have my washer repaired. The repair man was on time and found the problem right away ,needed the pump replaced . Didn't have my pump in stock and the warehouse is closed on Saturday so he picked one up on Monday and came back and replaced the broken pump. The repairman was fantastic had it up and running in no time at all. Great Job! I would highly recommend them. Bloomingdale,IL.
Prompt service! They did an excellent job and giving me advice on what was needed to be fixed and fixed right away.
I called today to have my grill repaired. They were able to schedule a service person to come out within a few hours and they arrived right on time. They did an excellent job at a very reasonable price. I would definitely use them again.
I called for repair of a washing machine and got an appointment the next day. Sam was friendly and professional and figured out the problem quickly. He had to order a part and was back to make the repair within two days. We would highly recommend A+ Appliance Repair and Maintenance.
Freezer failure. Called A+ and they sent technician same day. Tech tore the unit apart and ultimately determined it was compressor issue that he could not handle. Would use A+ again
Technician came out within an hour on Saturday to repair my Bosch dishwasher. He diagnosed and repaired the appliance for a reasonable price (much less than buying a new appliance).
Kasim was very thorough and took the time to evaluate the parts that could be the issue. In the end, the issue was resolved!
