Frigidaire explains both on its support site. F10 means the control saw a higher heat than it should. It is a safety stop. Frigidaire says to turn the oven off, let it cool, then cut power for 30 seconds to reset it. F30 means an open probe. The control has lost the signal from the oven temperature sensor. The same power reset is the first step.
If either code returns, a part needs to be changed. With F30 it is often the sensor itself or the wire plug behind it. With F10 it may be the sensor, a relay stuck closed on the control board, or the board. A stuck relay is the one to take seriously, since the element stays on.
Frigidaire sells 30 inch electric wall ovens as singles and doubles. The Gallery and Professional models have Total Convection, which adds modes like Air Fry, No Preheat, Steam Bake, Steam Roast and Slow Cook. Frigidaire counts more than 15 ways to cook on those units. We also fix the ovens in Frigidaire gas, electric and induction ranges, which use many of the same parts.
Look at the bake element with the oven off and cool. A blister, a split or a burned spot means it has failed. Many newer Frigidaire ovens tuck the bake element below the floor panel, out of sight. The sign there is a preheat that never ends while the broil element glows.
No Preheat and Air Fry lean hard on the convection fan and the extra element around it. If those modes cook poorly but plain Bake works, the fan motor or that rear element is the fault. A wall oven also has a thermal cutout that can trip after a self-clean cycle and leave the oven dead.
A Frigidaire gas range lights its oven with a hot surface igniter. The igniter has to pull enough current before the gas valve will open. An old one still glows orange but grows too weak. The oven takes a long time to light or never does. You may catch a brief smell of gas. We measure the current and replace the igniter, which is one of the most common oven repairs there is.
After self-clean, the latch motor should free the Frigidaire door when the cavity has cooled. When the door stays stuck, do not pry it. The motor or its switch has failed and can be replaced. A touch panel with dead spots is a worn keypad. A display that is dim or missing parts of numbers is a failing control board.
